* Dancing can be very therapeutic.



 Submit a class proposal;

* I offer international Dance Sport 11 dances below.

a. Modern Dance- Waltz and Viennese Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quick Step and Rhythm dance.

b. Latin Dance- Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, Samba, and Posodoble.

* Goals and expected outcome for youth.

By joining Dance sport class students learn the importance of a good social

relationship, friendship, the manner of dance party while keeping physically fit.

Students also experience the spirit of excitement and value of teamwork through

their active participation. Through dance, it is they can identify and express their

innermost emotions, bringing those feelings to the surface in a fun.

It focuses on the connection between the mind and body to promote health and to

expand their creative energy.


* Healthy aspects of individual;

-Physically be effective in a good shape, metabolic syndrome, cardio exercise,

strengthening, flexibility of body.

-Emotionally be effective in improving self-esteem and reducing stress, anxiety, and

depression; decreasing isolation, and increasing communication skills and feelings of

well being.
